Sign your agreement and pay a $1,000 refundable deposit before our official launch, and your setup fee is cut in half: $1,000 for Launch, $2,500 for Growth, $5,000 for Enterprise. The deposit goes toward your setup fee, and you can have it back in full any time before your practice goes live. Monthly billing starts only when you go live. When a patient pays, the payment splits between your practice and your partners automatically. Each party gets weekly payouts with a statement showing what each amount was for.
Your partners aren't fixed. You can add new provider groups, pharmacies and labs as you grow, and Growth and Enterprise let you work with several at once.
Practices offer treatments such as weight care, hormone care, skin and wellness. Controlled substances aren't supported at launch.
Two-step sign-in for every team, role-based access, a full audit trail, and support access only with your approval and for a set time.
Practices that sign their agreement and pay a $1,000 deposit before Bare Health's official launch pay 50% of the one-time setup fee. Monthly plan prices and per-order fees are the same.
The deposit holds your founding spot and counts toward your setup fee. On the Launch plan it covers the whole founding setup fee. It is fully refundable any time before your practice goes live.
Your monthly plan and per-order fees start on the day your practice goes live, not when you sign. Any remaining setup fee is due at go-live.
