Bare Health

How It Works

One order, from first question to the front door.

Every treatment passes through several hands. Bare Health keeps all of them on one shared record, so each person knows exactly what to do next.

Before and After

The same order, two ways.

Most of the work in online care is the handoff between teams. Here is what changes when everyone shares one record.

The old way

Four systems and a fax machine.

  • Fax the prescription to the pharmacy
  • Call to confirm it arrived
  • Re-type the order in the chart
  • Email the patient when someone remembers the tracking number
  • Chase each partner's share of the payment
The Bare Health way

One record, every step visible.

  • One signed prescription, entered once
  • The pharmacy sees it as soon as it is signed
  • The chart updates itself at every step
  • Tracking is shared with the patient when it is added
  • Each payment splits between partners automatically

Step 1 · Practice

You set up the offer.

Choose the treatment, the provider group that reviews it, the pharmacy that fills it and the price your patients pay. Your intake questions and consent forms go with it.

  • Your name, logo and colors on every patient page
  • The payment split is set once, per treatment

Step 2 · Patient

Your patient signs up from home.

They answer the health questions, sign the consents, confirm the state they are in and pay, all in one flow on your page. If the practice asks for it, they verify their identity with a photo ID.

  • Nothing moves forward until intake and payment are complete
  • Patients follow every step in their own portal

Step 3 · Provider

A licensed provider reviews.

The case goes only to providers licensed in the patient's state. They see the chart, allergies, medications and intake together, then approve with a signed prescription, ask a question or request a video visit.

  • An unlicensed or expired provider cannot take the case
  • Every decision is recorded with who made it and when

Step 4 · Pharmacy

The pharmacy verifies, fills and ships.

The prescription arrives structured: drug, strength, directions, quantity and refills. A pharmacist verifies it, can put it on hold to ask the prescriber a question, then records the fill and the tracking number.

  • Shipping staff see the address, never the chart
  • The patient sees tracking as soon as it is added

Step 5 · Everyone

Everyone gets paid, and care continues.

The patient's payment splits automatically between the practice, provider group, pharmacy and lab. Payouts go out weekly with a statement. Refills and monthly check-ins bring the patient back to the same team.

  • No invoices to chase between partners
  • Messages work like texting, with delivered and read receipts

Inside the platform

A calm home screen for every role.

Each person signs in to their own dashboard. It shows what needs attention, what is overdue, what is due soon and what is blocked, and nothing that isn't theirs to see.

For patients

And a simple view on their phone.

Patients see their care steps, prescriptions, tracking and messages in one place, under your practice’s name.

When something needs attention

Problems reach the right person, on the record.

Raise a flag

Anyone on the care team can flag an issue to the partner who owns it, with an urgency level and a deadline everyone can see.

Watch it move

Acknowledged, in progress, resolved. Each step shows who did it and when, so nobody has to call to ask.

Keep the history

The whole conversation stays with the order. Team-only notes stay hidden from the patient.

Coming next: sending prescriptions to pharmacies outside Bare Health and shipping-label integrations. Founding members help decide the order.
